All qualified teachers at Hogwarts School of Withchcraft and Wizardry had completed their syllabus a month before the examinations. It has come to the attention of the Minisrty of Magic, however, that, Severus Snape of Slytherine has not completed half the required syllabus. He is now impacting on the studying time of students for the completion of his lessons.
